To facilitate our timber fab and in-situ construction processes our registered structural engineers and architects are involved from project inception by developing schematic designs based on project specific requirements.

Moving forward to the design development stage, a clearer definition of the schematic design is refined and cost projections will determine how closely the design conforms to the budget expectations. Once approved, the preparation of working drawings, structural engineering calculations and specifications are completed and submitted for approval before the project implementation commences. During the feasibility study stage, we conduct a thorough analysis of the project site and surrounding areas.
